Welcome

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the field sales application (the "kuiqly") developed by KVP Business Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for your personal use in connection with your employment with our client (your employer). You may not use the App for any commercial purpose.

User Content

You are solely responsible for any data you enter into the App ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App functionality to our clients.

Client Data Ownership

All User Content, including location information, is owned by our client (your employer). We act as a service provider and store this data on their behalf. We have no ownership rights to your User Content and will not use it for any other purpose than to provide the App functionality to our clients.

Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services. Your use of these services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to violate or attempt to violate the security of the App.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka, India without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the use of the App.
